These are the terms you agree to when you buy something here. We've kept them short and in normal English. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] and we'll explain it.
Who we are
Saikobit sells digital kits and marketing services from this site. Contact us at [email protected].
What you can do with a kit
When you buy a downloadable kit, you get a licence to:
- Use it for your own business, for as long as you like.
- Use it for your clients' businesses, if that's the work you do.
- Change it, rebrand it and make it yours.
What you can't do:
- Resell or give away the file itself, changed or unchanged.
- Include it in a bundle, course or membership you sell.
- Claim you designed it, or license it on to someone else.
Services
Each service page says what's included, what it costs, and how long it takes. We'll agree the plan with you before we start. Monthly services run month to month — tell us to stop and we stop at the end of the month you've paid for.
We need some things from you to do the work: access to accounts where relevant, and answers to a few questions. If we can't get those, we can't start, and we'll say so rather than quietly stall.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Card details go straight to our payment provider — we never see or store them. One-off items are charged once. Monthly services are charged monthly until you stop them.
Refunds
Covered in full on the refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
Where we use AI
We use AI tools for parts of some services — drafting, editing and research. Anything published with your name on it is reviewed by a person first. If you'd rather we didn't use AI on your work, tell us and we'll say honestly whether we can still do it at that price.
What we don't promise
We can't promise a particular ranking, a number of customers, or a revenue figure — nobody honestly can, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We promise the work described on the page, done properly and on time.
If something goes wrong
Tell us and we'll fix it or refund it. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the item in question. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one that was live when you bought.
