Privacy
Short version: we collect what we need to sell you something and deliver it, and nothing else. We don't sell your data and we don't run advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
- Your email address and name, so we can send your files, your receipt, and anything the service needs.
- What you bought, so we can show it to you again and handle refunds.
- What you told us about your business, if you bought a service — that's the brief we work from.
- A basket cookie, so your basket survives a page refresh, and an order cookie, so this device can reopen orders you placed on it.
We do not collect card details. Those go straight to our payment provider and never touch our servers.
Emails
We email you about your order because you bought something. If you sign up for the new-kit list, that's separate, it's opt-in, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. We won't add you to it just because you bought.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the shop: our payment provider, our email provider, and our hosting provider. They process it on our behalf and nothing more. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone, for any reason.
How long we keep it
Order records stay as long as we're required to keep them for tax and accounting. Briefs and working files are deleted a year after the work finishes. Subscriber emails go the moment you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Email [email protected] and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do it, and we'll tell you when it's done. If we have to keep an order record for tax reasons we'll say which part and why.
