Option one
Buy a kit and do it yourself
- 1Pick a kit. Every page says who it's for and what software you need.
- 2Pay with a card. No account, no password to remember.
- 3The download link appears on screen and lands in your inbox.
- 4Open it, put your own details in, and it's yours to keep.
Option two
Hand the job over to us
- 1Pick a service and a level. Prices are fixed and shown up front.
- 2Tell us about your business at checkout — a few sentences is plenty.
- 3A person emails you within one working day and books a short call.
- 4We do the work and tell you what's happening. Stop it any time.
Questions
- Do I need an account?
- No. You buy with a card and an email address. We send a receipt with an order reference, and that reference plus your email opens your files again any time.
- What software do I need?
- Whatever the kit says on its page — usually Canva, Google Sheets, Excel or Notion. All of them have free versions, and every kit tells you which one it needs before you buy.
- Can I use these for my clients?
- Yes, for your own business or your clients' businesses. What you can't do is resell the file itself, or put it in a bundle you sell on. The terms spell this out.
- How do refunds work on a download?
- Email us within 14 days and we refund it. You keep the files — chasing people for deleted downloads isn't a business we want to be in.
- What happens after I buy a service?
- You'll hear from a person, not an autoresponder, within one working day. They'll ask a couple of questions and book a short call. Nothing starts until you've said yes to the plan.
- Can I cancel a monthly service?
- Any time. Tell us and it stops at the end of the month you've already paid for. There's no notice period and no cancellation fee.
- Is any of this made with AI?
- Some of it, and we'll always tell you where. Anything that goes out with your name on it — posts, replies, video edits, page copy — is checked by a person first.
- What if I need something you don't sell?
- Ask. If enough people need the same thing we'll build it, and we'll tell you honestly if someone else already does it better.
