Refunds

We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something that wasn't right. This page says exactly how that works, in the same plain words we'd use over email.

Downloads

Email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund it in full. You don't have to give a reason.

You keep the files. Asking someone to prove they deleted a spreadsheet is not a business we want to be in, and we'd rather trust you.

Services

• If we haven't started yet, you get the whole thing back — email us and it's done that day.
• If we've started, we refund the part we haven't delivered. We'll show you the split before we process anything.
• Monthly services stop at the end of the month you've already paid for. There's no notice period and no cancellation fee.

If we got it wrong

If something we delivered doesn't match what the page promised, tell us. We'll fix it or refund it, and that isn't limited to 14 days.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your order reference (it looks like SK-7Q4M-2H8P) from the address you ordered with. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually land within five working days depending on your bank.
